Do you offer pickup?
No pick up is available.
What is the shipping cost?
Orders over $200 = Free Express Shipping
Orders less than $200 = $10.00 Regular Shipping
Express Delivery on orders less than $200 = $15.00
How soon will my order be dispatched?
All of our orders will be dispatched the same day after payment is made as long as it is ordered before 1pm weekdays.
No items will be dispatched on Saturday, Sunday or Public holidays. To process your order as quickly as possible, please be sure to provide us your full and correct delivery address including zip code, state and country. We cannot be held responsible for any lost items during shipment due to incorrect postal address details.
Which shipping company do you use?
We send all our parcels using Australia Posts e-Parcel Service. This is a courier delivered, fully trackable service. If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, your postie will leave a card advising you to collect your parcel at your local post office. If you are expecting a parcel, and have not received a card please check with your local post office first before contacting us, as it may be there waiting for you.
How do I track my order?
Once we pack your order and its leaves the Hype hair warehouse we email you a tracking number. From the moment the post office receives your bundle of joy you can follow your parcels progress online. Follow this link http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html to watch your package get picked up from the post-office, drive-in transit, find out its due delivery date and when it has been delivered. If you have not been issued a tracking number, please check your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folder. If it’s still not there please contact our customer service team with your order name and order number.
When will I receive my parcel?
Express Shipping within Australia, Estimated delivery time - 1-3 Business days
Standard Shipping within Australia, Estimated delivery time - 3 -10 Business days
Please add 2-3 business days to all shipping time-frames for regional areas.
We will post to PO Boxes however you must also supply your full street address in the section of the checkout. Put your PO Box delivery details in the "Shipping" section of the checkout.
Once an item is delivered it is registered as delivered on the Australia Post website. Once Australia Post updates their information to delivered, we will under NO circumstances resend a parcel. If a parcel goes missing after it is shown as delivered by Australia Post you will have to lodge an investigation at your local post office or Australia Post. We will not be held liable for any missing parcel shown as delivered by Australia Post.
NB. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all contact and postal details are correct on your order (including spelling). If an item is returned to us due to incorrect contact/postal details then we will request that postage is repaid to enable your parcel to be resent. If incorrect details are supplied and we have already sent your parcel and it goes missing we will not offer a refund. Keep in mind that we send all parcels the same day so please, double check all details carefully and contact us as soon as possible if you find a mistake. Once your parcel has been posted we cannot correct any details.

When will I receive my parcel?
Delivery Time: 10-15 business days $40.00 (AU$) flat rate no matter what you buy. Trackable on www.australiapost.com.au
International Orders will dispatched same day.
We do accept exchanges from International Customers, however all shipping costs involved in the return process (both ways) will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Do I have to pay import charges?
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
* Please note that delays with your parcel may occur once the parcel reaches customs in your country. These delays are out of our control.
